HemPhys2 and the COVID-19 pandemic

The organizing committee has decided to be optimistic and wants to organize HemPhys2 as a fully presential event.

Of course, during HemPhys2 itself, we will take all the appropriate measures to make HemPhys2 as safe as possible with respect to the risk of transmission of COVID-19.

Organization of registration

To facilitate the organization of the school, the registration is a two-step process. Each participant must first pre-registrer and will receive later an email providing further details regarding the full registration and payment. This will be done in September, when we are sure that HemPhys2 can take place in Montpellier. The final registration (and payment) will thus be in September (starting around 8 Sept. 2021).

Important deadlines

- Around 8th of September, 2021 : first validations of pre-registrations and beginning of registrations.
- 27th of September, 2021 : End of pre-registration
- 30th of September, 2021 : End of registration (payment of the registration fees. Pre-registration needs to be done first).

Registration fee

The registration fee is 240 euros for all participants. The fee includes the lunches of October 6th, 7th and 8th, breaks, cocktail and gala dinner. Travel and accommodation expenses and meals outside the school are borne by the participants.

At the pre-registration, you should receive a confirmation email (which may get to the Spams). In September (around Sept 8th), an email to complete the registration will be sent, once we are sure about the organization of the event.
